The OHSC 2025 Education Fund

In recognition of the importance of promoting academic and professional development opportunities for students, the One Health Student Committee (OHSC) is now inviting applications for the 2025 Education Fund.
The One Health Student Committee (OHSC) 2025 Education Fund allocates One (1) recipient with One (1) award valued at the amount of $500.00 CAD, to be awarded in March of 2025.
This award aims to partially support one undergraduate, graduate, or DVM student currently attending the University of Guelph, who will be attending an upcoming One Health-related conference to share their research, and/or connect and collaborate with the One Health community.
Eligibility Requirements:
1) Currently registered undergraduate, graduate, or DVM student at the University of Guelph (any degree level, program, etc.)
2) Canadian-PR-PP and Non-Canadian-PR-PP
3) Possess education, research, experiments and/or goals that demonstrate an intention for a continued career that includes or encourages your interest in One Health
Application Requirements:
1) Full, error-free completion of the OHSC 2025 Education Fund Application Form
2) Expected Expense Breakdown; be sure to include the main items that funding will be allocated towards; please include amounts in Canadian dollars (CAD)
3) Letter of Intent Upload, 1-Page Maximum, single-spaced
4) Confirmation of Applicable One-Health related Conference (see further information below)
The deadline to apply is the 7th of March, 2025. Award recipient will be notified by email.

In recognition of the importance of promoting academic and professional development opportunities for students, the One Health Student Committee (OHSC) is now inviting applications for our 2024 Scholarship Opportunities.
These scholarships will cover the cost of registration for either the Tier 1 Scholarship – International Conference on One Health (https://waset.org/one-health-conference-in-may-2024-in-london) held from May 23-24, 2024, or the Tier 2 Scholarship – 2024 Planetary Health Summit & 6th Annual Meeting (https://www.pham2024.com) held from April 16-19, 2024.
Candidate Requirements:
1) Undergraduate or graduate students attending the University of Guelph;
2) Education, research, experience, and/or goals demonstrate an intention for a continued career and/or great interest in One Health.

The OHSC 2023 CAVEPM Conference Scholarship

In recognition of the importance of promoting academic and professional development opportunities for students, the One Health Student Committee (OHSC) is now inviting applications for the OHSC CAVEPM Conference Scholarship.
This scholarship will cover the cost of registration for the Keeping Epidemiology Relevant in a One Health World Conference (https://cavepm.uoguelph.ca/registration-accommodations-2/) held from May 31 to June 1, 2023. Please note: additional workshops are not included in this scholarship.
Candidate Requirements:
1) Undergraduate or graduate students attending the University of Guelph;
2) Education, research, experience, and/or goals demonstrate an intention for a continued career and/or great interest in One Health.

The 2020 OHSC World One Health Congress Scholarship
In recognition of the importance of promoting academic and professional development opportunities for students, the One Health Student Committee (OHSC) at the University of Guelph has created the OHSC World One Health Congress Scholarship.
This scholarship covers the cost of registration for attendance at the virtual edition of the 6th World One Health Congress from October 30, 2020 to November 2, 2020.
Candidate requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate students attending the University of Guelph
- Education, research, experience, and/or goals demonstrate an intention for a continued career in One Health
